This 12-week training course gives you all the tools you need to be a successful endurance runner. Learn the physiology behind your training through weekly online modules that break down high level content into easy-to-understand pieces. In addition to the modules, you will also receive a customized run training plan and periodized strength program with 30+ exercise video demos. Lastly, each program also comes with 6 x 1-1 coach calls to answer any questions and help make program adjustments along the way to set you up for success.
